Today we had a problem with one of our fans, Clark came out and quickly fixed it and wouldn't take any payment for the repair. To top it off, it turned out that this was the one fan that we didn't replace with his fans. What a great surprise to have him make a house call, repair the damaged fan and refuse any payment, especially since it wasn't one we purchased from him. I've known and traded with Clark for many years and always found him to be trustworthy and ethical. There's no other place I'll buy fans from."
