We purchased our fan from here in 2018, AZ fans came out and installed the fan, set it up and it has been working perfectly for 2 years. Unfortunately this past weekend the motor on the fan went out. I reached out to Az fans and Patrick let me know I have a lifetime warranty and had many options to get my fan in working order. After alittle back and forth we realized my fan is no longer available. Patrick directed me to Hunter and gave me as much info as possible, even said as soon as the new fan comes in they will come out and install and honor the warranty.
After searching high and low for our original receipt after contacting Hunter, I couldnt find it. Reached out to Patrick again, asking if there was any way he had a copy of the receipt and low and behold he managed to find a copy for us, and sent it off to us.
